Reginald Webber Jr / Wedding Coordinator, Montclair Wedding Sanctuary.
Central to your special day at the Montclair Wedding Sanctuary are the services of our Wedding Coordinator, Reginald Webber, Jr. With knowledge of this historic building and grounds, and years of experience in event planning, Reginald handles the logistical details of your ceremony and reception so you can enjoy the most important day of your life.
As your dedicated Wedding Coordinator, Reginald ensures that everything runs smoothly. Leading up to your ceremony, he'll meet with you to discuss your vision and put together a plan to make it happen. If you have questions along the way, he is always available to take your call.
At the rehearsal and ceremony, Reginald will choreograph the moving parts, coaxing a perfect performance from even the most hesitant ring bearer. He will prepare the sanctuary space, greet and direct your guests, escort your wedding party to waiting areas and cue the procession. He will make sure your limousine has a parking spot out front and that your exit is picture perfect.

“My background in event management and performance serve me well in the role of Wedding Coordinator at the Montclair Wedding Sanctuary. Each requires being organized, efficient, friendly, calm and always being prepared for the next step in the choreography. I’ll be happy to show you around the sanctuary and its grounds, answer your questions, and help you formulate your vision for your wedding day. I stay with you for the planning period, and manage the rehearsal and ceremony. I especially enjoy incorporating rituals and traditions that have meaning to you both.
Montclair has been home to me and my family since 2021, and I have just started organizing weddings at Montclair Wedding Sanctuary, but have had the expert guidance of the previous wedding coordinator, Siobhan Morello, to support me in this role. I can recommend a fabulous local restaurant for a rehearsal dinner, or help your guests find downtown parking. It’s an honor to play a small role in one of the most memorable days of a couple’s life. I truly enjoy getting to know each couple and their families, and feel a bit of pride when I send them off.
